The Chicopee RMV Service Center is open as a dedicated Business to Business (B2B) location for auto dealers and insurance agents.

Daily drop hours are 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Up to 100 items can be dropped with pick up the second business day, after 10 a.m. 100 and more items can be dropped with pick up on the 3rd full business day, after 10 a.m. Daily pick up hours are 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Facilities
Agents, dealers and runners must use the drive-up window to drop off and pick up bundles.
Security & Weapons Policy
In accordance with MassDOT security policy, the following items are prohibited at all RMV Service Centers:

- •Knives and Other Weapons
- •Tasers and Stun Guns
- •Pepper Spray, Mace, Irritable Propellants
- •Fireworks and Explosives
